Meet Kate!

Hello and welcome  - thanks for the opportunity to introduce myself!

I'm Kate. Certified Life Coach and owner of Wild Hawthorn Coaching.

I'll tell you a little more about what I do below, but first I'd like to introduce you to who I am.

Not long ago, I was a woman who'd lost her magic - swept away by all the to-dos, and expectations that I felt when I took on the labels of Wife, Mother, Sister, Daughter, Friend...

I'd forgotten who I was, and focused on what I could do... And I am REALLY good at doing. But, something was still missing - it was me! I lost myself in the doing and forgot that I was a human BEing!

And then, a dear friend, who never lost sight of my sparkle, shared with me a powerful opportunity to rediscover my magic - and thus I found and fell in love with Ontological Coaching. Working with my Coach, I created opportunities and practices to support me in rediscovering my power and sparkle and I started to create so much magic in my world that I'm constantly blown away by what I've created in my life!

And, now I'm so honoured to be able to offer that opportunity to my clients.

I invite you to partner with me as your coach and together we'll move you forward powerfully in your goals and create the life you desire.
